I reloaded my backed up, unpatched Battlezone II and applied the 1.3.6.2 patch. For some reason, it is not allowing me to use CTRL+~ to bring up the console in either Single or Instant (I haven't tried it in MultiPlayer because there were only three games total on Internet via GameSpy).
