RIP Battlezone 2.

I'm sorry, but I have to nitpick. I find this reboot/remaster/remake/whatever to be promising. Games like BZ take years to develop (took six months for me to debug Bionite and im not done yet). Sorry, but no. Bionite is not Battlezone, and Battlezone is not Bionite. Platoon Studios is not Activision...

My face is broken.

Instead of hoping this fails, we should support it. This can easily lead into Rebellion's involvement with BZ1 and BZ2.

Reading from their website, they not only acknowledge our Battlezones' existence but also infer they are part of the Battlezone "franchise" and "series". In the FAQ they say they are "rebooting" it. I suspect this is only the beginning.

Try installing on another computer, preferably 32-bit architecture or an older OS. If it works, you can compress the installed files/folder, copy it onto a USB or the cloud, and then put it on the computer you're having issues with. I did this, and it works.

I still don't understand what happened to the old HUD. It looked amazing.

Excellent work as always. I am consistently impressed with the graphics and sounds, notably the explosions and the red damage flash.

It'd be interesting though if they actually do use the iconic wireframe tank in the movie. Judging the the trailer, I think it'd be awesome to have it rolling down the streets like Pac Man, but blasting buildings in half.
