Wow, just look at those disgusting comments making fun of the townspeople for having the audacity to pray for the safety of the child.

The atheists may not be behaving appropriately, but neither are any of the the Christians whose comments I read.

First of all, they are not all Christians, they were commenters of many faiths. Most of the 'Christians' were angry at the people making fun of the prayer of the townspeople.

In a situation like those comments, most 'Christians' just stop posting rather than get involved in that. So you are going to see some pretty rank stuff after that starts.

I assumed they were christian; rarer to see people jumping to each others' defence online than in real life.

(For the people saying this man should be arrested, what ever happened to free speech? Does that only exist for the occupy movement and the like (and their rampant antisemitism)? And this guy isn't even being racist in this case, he's making a good point.)
