If you move, you'll just be tormenting your new neighbors with your dog. Take it to the shelter and trade it in. You'll be saving one dog's life and getting rid of a dog that makes people hate dogs.

Other people don't care.
It's that one neighbor who hates 15 seconds of loud barking.

That's what cats are for. I love my kitty. When it's convenient to me.

Cats just spend the whole night running around your house, knocking over and smashing fragile items of sentimental value.

Animals are a blight on humanity. Makes me dislike animal lovers and greenies for sure... bunch of prats, preserving the filth.

Think you might be minimizing the problem just a wee bit?

You should make a recording while you're out. Chances are the dog is barking, whining, and carrying on the whole time because it's bored. It's what they do.

She does not bark long.
Unless our other neighbor's kid sits around trying to aggravate our dog.
I hate neighbors!

My dad's neighbour's dog is quiet mostly, until the neighbours leave, then it goes insane with barking and suchlike until they get back. Seems like it's the same thing going on here.

No.
A kid in my neighborhood thinks it's "funny" to aggravate my dog.
He rides around on a bicycle waving his hands around and saying my dog's name.
That's when my dog barks the most.

Then aggravate him. Like, come out with a shotgun and scream at him and point it at his face.
No, that'll probably get you into court. But basically, figure out what he hates and make him see it everytime. Or keep your dog inside.

I used to be that kid.

Except it was the dog running around and I was just biking up and down the street. Some domestic abuser came out screaming one day.

LOL
We're keeping her inside for now.
That seems to be working, but we have to exercise with her a LOT!
