My god, its like the Medieval Warm Period is repeating itself. Soon you will be able to grow tropical fruits just like they could then.

Not without water. Its not hot, it just hasn't rained properly for 2 years, probably due to a lack of moisture coming up the gulf stream...No rain forest, no rain.

Which is odd because my understanding of Europe, the UK at least, is that its raining 9/10th of the time.

Hellz yeah.

I learned that certain foods aren't working with my body anymore, and that I'll probably have diverticulitis when I'm older.

I have to ask how you never flooded. That much rain here would put us under water.

Some places do get flooded, but most of the country is made of very deep soil or gravel, we have more rivers underground than above. The lack of rain for the past few years is made worse by the unwillingness of our once national but now privatised water companies to spend any of the vast amounts of money they have made out of us on improving the infrastructure, even though that was exactly what they agreed to do when we sold it to them. No surprise there then.

That when one sees giant man-sized spiders hanging down from the ceiling, staring at one with warm glowing orange eyes, one can only muster the energy to go... humph...
