You always plan to defend against or attack your allies. Else you end up destroyed yourself at some point quite unexpectedly.

Defend, yes. The second part of it was one we might have survived putting into action.

You plan *BOTH*. You don't plan to execute either. To have issue with the development of such plans is to forgot basic forward thinking.

Sounds like it could fit into the Empire Reborn saga. Wonder if we'll see Kyle Katarn :P

Kyle Katarn would indeed be quite the treat.

I've lived a chunk of Kyles life in Dark Forces. Seeing him in an actual movie would be almost eerie.

I think I'd prefer it if they used somebody different as an actor. Jason Court always seemed a little wooden in the originals.

As far as I'm concerned Jeff Bennet was the best Katarn, and he unfortunately looks nothing like him.

"Oh no, I might have to actually register my gun!"

First world problems right here.

Honestly we shouldn't need to. What do I have to register next, my cutlery, driveway pavers, political alignment, sodas and junk food?

Yea, I'd like to register a dangerous weapon, this damn CFL bulb witch not only has toxic chemicals in it but apparently gives me skin cancer if the latest studies are to be believed.

Registration of anything is step 1 to its destruction.
Step 1: Register
Step 2: Regulate
Step 3: Ban

And also, do I have to register my experimental plasma accelerator? (It's a magnetron and an ignition source merged with a flask where the magnetron energizes the combustion and a toroid magnetic coil holds it in place until the coils along the top cycle and pull the plasma from the flask) I mean, it's technically a projectile weapon. It fires maybe twice before the glass flask breaks due to thermal shock granted...

Oh what about zip-guns? Paintball Guns? BB Guns? Pop Guns? Water Guns?

Flamethrowers are going to remain legal due to the Africanized bee threat so that will just be the new mass killing weapon probably. And once that gets banned, probably the bees.

You know that's exaggerated. All guns in this country are licensed and registered, but we don't have to have government permission to microwave our food or play airsoft. I just don't think moaning about gun restrictions is newsworthy any more, especially when so much of the world restricts ownership anyway and there are much more important things going on.

Also, I'm covered in bees!
