Actually, I'm not sure if these are shoes intended to be worn and maybe just "artwork". At least the middle one.
The achilles strap seems much too far forward and oriented too flat. Rotating it back to where the foot would actually be would put a crease or wrinkle in the strap, ruining the appearance.

It must be said, as a guy who has spent a fair amount of time loitering in the vicinity of some of the UK's most popular night clubs. Those shoes would actually be a very stylish improvement to the current fashion norms in the UK...Still you wouldn't really want to throw up on those would you.
I ought to put my design talent to good use and design a pair of (unwearably high heeled) ladies shoes, that can morph into a usable hat or a hand bag, and then a hat or handbag that morph into a wearable pair of flat pumps. Then when it becomes apparent that our fine British ladies have in fact somewhat over indulged in cheap vodka, lager and kebabs, rather than staggering around in the street barefoot, trying to hang onto their shoes, handbag and hat, they can simply swap the items about to a configuration more in tune with being completely pissed.
