Happy Thanksgiving

Post by Iron_Maiden »

Just want to wish a happy Thanksgiving to all those around the world. But as we prepare to dig into our feast of service pods and nano ammo, let us remember to give thanks for what we have and hope for better days ahead as the skies darken over what I am cure is to be an intresting coming year.

P.S Don't overcook your Krull, it gets very tough if you leave it in too long.

I find thanksgiving so interesting, every year I say 'thanks' for the discussion it start in my country .. which leads to X-mas .. which again leads to a looot of laughter about how ignorant people are :)

One of the arguments is 'that silly fest, we simply celebrate X-mas' not knowing that Thanksgiving actually has true meaning and X-mas (as we now 'know' it) not. :D

disclaimer; dont mean any offense

yup, Christmas was placed on the date of Saturnalia to try to appease/push out the pagans. it has been deduced that that date was close to the date of the "Immaculate Conception", which puts Christ's birth around the middle/end of September.
