Is this a plant race?

It is a fairy based race, with many plant elements in the buildings.

Or I could rethink it completely.

I like that first one. I also like the planty feel they're getting, like that waxy one with thick leaves that I can't remember the name of.

Take the first one and apply the second as a sort of worn down texture in some areas if you can't get the 2nd to add to it. The 3rd just looks like the 2nd one only paler.

How's this? I understand the seams are getting worse, but I'll fix them.

It seems like you are overpowering what was the 1st texture with the 2nd. Depending on what editor you are using, try a few options other than a flat opacity % when you lay one over the other. The first skin is very good as a base you see, but too clean, the 2nd shows veins and degradation you can have, but it doesn't work if it is too strong.

I actually didn't combine the finished textures, I just edited the original. This time I did something different.

P.S. The image above this is the same image now. Trying to keep my account clean.

Here is an idea for the tech center:

You might want to try to find a way to add more variety to the texture. Maybe something different near the base on the ground and the same for the top. For some reason when I see it I think of a tree or a flower and think there should be something actually on the top.

I really can't see anything going on the top. It was never intended. However, I will add some stuff near the base.

I think the model looks good as is, but I agree with N1 with the idea that it needs a more interesting texture.

When I look at the tech center I imagine that near the base of the different legs where they touch the ground that the texture would be darker there and then get lighter as it goes up. Also near the tip at the top I imagine it being a lighter color even more white or beige. Just my suggestion anyways.
