Whatever happened to the expansion pack that TJ was working on?

Still in development, NK1 seems to have taken the reins for now. Most of the team have been occupied with other things too.

I installed TSVN and BZ2 on my new PC earlier, so I should be able to get started again soon too.

I've seen ads for that for almost a year.
How close is it to being done?

You could maybe show a complete list of things to do for the UEP and maybe put "Completed"/"In Progress"/"Not Started Yet" next to them to show others where abouts you are so they won't keep asking when it will be released maybe?

Just an idea.

I've lost interest if im bluntly honest, just want to get what we've got out now and worry about extreme polish later, its taking so damn long, and for me its no fun to work on at the moment. Got more than enough content to get a substantial release out, which i think have been tested enough personally. Only so much we can do as a small team.

Sooner we can get our installer plan working the better, the idea was to have a modular installer that would update each part from a server, but haven't seen anything like it yet.

Why don't you just release a normal installer with what you have? I'm sure the community would love it.

Indeed.
The best and most effective way is to delay a wanted project.
Most people will lose interest if an installer is not released.

Because unlike what TJ CONSTANTLY keeps saying, nothing in it is actually done enough to BE released. He is really pissing me off actually every time he says it is 'just the installer' and I point out it is not.

And we have an issue with a main data pack portion that TJ did relying on the unfinished thug rec that is out of all our hands.
