Local Mod Manager is an application designed to allow users to easily install local-system mods. These may range from texture improvements for multiplayer to new HUD features. To browse and install the list of Local Mod's contained with this release, launch LMM from the finish page of the installer or double-click the 'Local Mod Manager' icon on your desktop. Local mods must be configured before you launch the game in order to take effect.
Be sure to try out the ISDF/Scion teamcolors and new HUD layouts!

2.for those of you that have wonderd why I have not ben posting here for a wile.

3.monday is a holaday so I mite get to try it this week end.
Played the Mutator Rec variant "guns guns guns" and we, .... well, didn't know what to think about not being able to make towers. Was cool to see the buildings defend themselves. We also joined with some wacked out ships. The original arcade Battlezone tank and a couple others. They looked sort of cool, but didn't do any damage to anything. MrTwosheds joined and first thing he said was,.. "Why" . I'm sure he meant "why did we have to start with these ships"? lol, hey it was fun, we did lose though. Awesome stuff.
Ah that'd be TimeVirus' CTF: Tronic vehicles, they are quite peculiar haha.
MRVP and its rec's are Nielk1's creations, they are supposed to simulate the idea of mutators in games like UT, but just by mixing things up a bit. For example there is a rec variant that removes power for the ISDF and forces both races to use power lungs, and another that uses an alternatie scrap system etc.
GGG may be incomplete, but I have no idea.
EDIT: Thanks TS, I've added links to the split archives to the original release post. I'm having an issue with MODDB at the moment, the original .exe I uploaded was broken, but it won't allow me to replace it with the new .exe as they have the same name. I'll contact MODDB and see what response i get.
EDIT #2: I thought I should let you guys know that the UEP can run alongside stock, so you can join stock games without any fear of Bad Assets, just hit 'join game' twice. This is by design so you can take advantage of Local Mod Managers customization options.
Is anybody using the customizations so far? The ISDF and Scion teamcolors make MP look much prettier!
The vulcan tank is broken, cannot really be used by players as it would seem that the hp_eyepoint is not attached to the turret_x (or something like that), so you cannot aim up or down, the gun does go up down and the Ai seems to cope with it.
Could probably fix it by adding a turret entry for hp_eyepoint in the odf.

I've posted a fair number of bugs that have been found in the last few days alone. Public beta was a good idea it seems... found these quicker than we'd have found them in private testing.

Why would anyone design a unit with guns that you cannot aim.
Tried the isdf wildlife, The crab is immobile and the flying lizard thing only looks down, maybe by design too, but is a fatal flaw, cant see an enemy coming before it kills you.
