What's New:
* Strategic AI collects build items from Constructors too
- This fixes a few single-player missions (e.g. misns4.bzn)
* SprayBomb ordnance can deploy any game object
- Use deployName property to set what it creates
- Defaults to the ordnance's ODF name so existing assets work
* NSDF Mission 09 Updates (submitted by Dx)
* Soviet units use the proper recycler if the MP variant is missing
- MultSTMission Recycler selection was broken...
* Fixed Net::bSplint affecting units in DM
- It was caused by (of all things) build menu initialization!
- The menu preloaded everything before the mission set the DM/ST flag
* Only load build menu items in debug build or with /edit enabled
- This should improve load times a little
* Fixed MakeTRN crashing when compiled with Visual C++ 2008
- The INI reader crashed when writing to constant section and label names
* TargetingGun weapon can use a leader round from a separate ODF
- Use leaderName property to set what it fires
- Defaults to the weapon's ODF name so existing assets work
- Ordnance MUST use classlabel="targeting" or the weapon will crash!
* Barracks falls back to 's' or 'a' equivalent
- ...if the Any Nation setting is off
- ...if the nation-specific pilot doesn't exist
* Fixed a buffer overrun when reading extra-long fields from netnam2.txt
