BZ2 Achievements

This idea has probably been introduced in the past, but I still think that it would be amazing if it could be implemented in the appropriate SP, IA, or MP game modes.
Many of these could not be achieved in a single round, obviously, so they'd have to be stretched out.
And here is a list of achievement ideas I've planned out (tentative)

Crab Mentality
Destroy an empty ship on foot before an enemy pilot can board it.

Plink, Plink, Boom
Destroy an enemy craft using only sniper rounds.

Stranded but Deadly
Kill 50 enemy soldiers on foot with a Pulse Rifle or Bazooka.

How Do You Like Me Now, GSH
Build as full of a base as feasible with only 1 deployed scavenger in 10 minutes or less.

Yum, Leftovers
Collect 5000 loose scrap left over from recent firefights.

Riding a Dark Horse
Pilot an empty enemy Mauler. (You might be lucky to pull this off)

Blinky the Ghost
Teleport 10,000m total using Blink.

MAG is for... um... well...
Destroy an enemy ship that is charging a MAG.

Blood Money
Collect 5000 scrap left over from destroyed Extractors.

Head Hunting
Kill 100 stranded enemy soldiers with headshots.

The Cradles of Life
Destroy 25 enemy craft while remaining stationed at a Service Bay or Dower.

Dropping the Baton
Destroy an enemy Builder or Constructor shortly before it can upgrade an Extractor.

Forced Surrender
Capture an enemy craft with a Tug, and subsequently kill its pilot and board it.

All Your Ships Are Belong to Us
Snipe and capture 500 enemy ships.

Decapitation Strike
Destroy an enemy Jammer guarding a building and then immediately call in an airstrike on the adjacent structure.

Foot Fodder
Kill 300 enemy pilots by running them over with a Walker or a tracked vehicle.

Securing the Airstrip
Kill all members of an enemy APC's platoon with a single attack.

Raining Diarrhea
Destroy an enemy craft using the Resin mortar.

Endangered Species
Kill 1000 Jak Killers or 500 Ice Beasts.

Watery Grave
Destroy 500 tracked vehicles by pushing them into bodies of water.

Overkill
Destroy 1000 enemy scout-class vehicles with heavy weapons.

An Impossible Relief
Carry an empty ship via Tug or Hauler to a stranded teammate.

Half of those things can't even happen in single player.
This is where my signature picture would normally be. It is not, as you can see.

Here's some

I Can fly! : Eject from you ship and hover to the other end of the map

Master Exploder: Blow up an enemy ship by destroying another ship or building next to it.

Snip-Snip: Snipe three enemy ships in 30 seconds

Operation Repo: Steal the commander of the other team's ship

Banzai!: Destroy An enemy base in singleplayer using only APC's.

Multitasker: Rescue both Shabayev and destroy the Scion base at the same time. (Rumble in the Jungle)

Come and Get me: Get the recycler over the ice feild without destroying your downed dropship. (On Thin Ice)

Following Orders: Win :An Unlikly Alliance without your game crashing.

The overwhelming majority of those things can't even be done in any gamemode

yes, they are do-able. i'm not doing it, though.
If given the truth, the people can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts - and beer.

Crab Mentality: Would need to be pretty badly damaged first for you to get the timing right on that. Difficult.
Plink-Plink-Boom: Near-impossible (something else would damage it first). You'd probably have to be in IA or MPI without your recycler deployed. A bad idea because you can only get this one if you're trying to.
Stranded but Deadly: Would take you a while, but if you could track stats across games you could pull it off eventually.
How Do You Like Me Now, GSH: Title makes no sense, and probably pretty tough anywhere (if it's possible at all with the enemy about, I've certainly never seen it done that fast). Not sure on the deal with the name there.
Yum, Leftovers: Stat tracking.
Riding a Dark Horse: Also quite tough. Impossible in DM as a spawned ship would be neutral. You'd have to steal it from an enemy Scion player who had gotten out for something (factory customisation?)
Blinky the Ghost: Stat tracking.
MAG is for... um... well...: Not certain if MAG can be charged by the AI or not (I remember it couldn't in the past, not sure about recently). If that's the case it would have to be a player.
I Can Fly: Depends on the map size and player position.
Master Exploder: Perfectly possible, just needs luck and/or good timing.
Snip-Snip: You'd need to be under a pretty static AI assault and have a service bay handy.
Operation Repo: See Dark Horse.
Banzai: If I've done it, so can everybody else.
Multitasker: As above.
Come and Get Me: As above. I didn't even realise you could destroy the dropship first time I played.

Master Exploder is possible as I have had it happen to me and have seen it happen to others several times in Multi. You just need someone with little hull left near a building that's about to explode and it will work.

While I'm at it:

Live and Let Die: Destroy all other sentries except the one with the tracker in Mission 4(or is it 5?)

Kamikazee: Float into the enemy base and destroy the recycler with a satchel bomb.

Saved by the scout: Save Red1's wingman in mission 1

Marksman: Snipe one of the intitial three Scion ships in the mission where you start on foot and ride it to Manson's base.

Goliath: Destroy a Titan or Walker with a scout class vehicle.

Newb: Lose Mission 1 on easy.

RE: Master Exploder: It's not possible to track it as an achivement. I.E. There's no way for the DLL to tell if a ship was destroyed by this or that. Can only get who killed it, and explosions don't count on that. Basically, You can't make it into an "Achivement". Sure, you can do it in game all you want, but the game will never be able to tell that you did it.

In all honesty, BZ2 could use a good break from the doldrums. It is a little over 13 years old, and so it could use a little "I feel young again" sort of schpiel.

If it were to be done, slightly more cryptic descriptions would be a good idea (avoiding things like the description you have for "Marksman", which tells the player exactly what to do). I find that sometimes takes some of the fun out of achievements in games.

EDIT: You'd also be mostly limited to occurrences in singleplayer missions. You might be able to worm a few examples in in other places, but singleplayer would be the main focus. Even there, like GBD said, there are things you can and can't have.
