GBD and I were going to play BZC, but when he tried to join, it wouldn't let him. It says "Raknet client connect failing with status code 66." What's this mean?

Yea, some people's games I've had show up in the list, but I can't connect via join game button. Sometimes, join game button doesn't work, but then Join IP does. And, in some cases like with DarkCobra, neither buttons will connect. Just tells me unknown error.
