G66 For 1.3 Public Beta 6

I found and fixed some problems with the G66 MPI DLL, similar to the FE MPI DLL, where it was switching AIPs rapidly.

I'll post an update zip soon which will include some other fixes and tweaks which i have been working on.

I did help find those you know as well with what I sent a while back... I quit playing on g66 because of all the aip freezes with rc23. So im avoiding it for a while unless i get bored of bz1 again or fe.

I did have more reports and logs of the freezes but since rc27 is out i guess ill find out when i can.

RC27 seemed to fix all of the issues I ran into with RC23.

Nice job RD. Looking forward to your future "enhancements" of G66.

That's good to hear. did you play with any joiners or just by yourself? i'm curious to hear if there any resyncs.
