G66 bugs

When a damaged enemy scavenger deploys it regains full health.
This seems to be new in z43, didn't notice it before.

The 2 strat maps don't spawn recs, at least not when starting them alone.

the scav -> extractor health bug was fixed awhile back and was due to incomplete inheritance; which version are you using?

i need to post the update for G66, but haven't felt motivated to to much of anything in the past months.

okay, unless i let something slip in, it's probably some change in the recent bz2 patch/patches then. there's a problem in SP, too, so maybe it's related.

The scion AI cannot replace lungs. The builder starts the animation and the build sound is played but soon after the animation is canceled.
The AI then tries again but fails forever.

The IA shell needs a lot of work it is basically unusable.

Whilst we're on this note. I don't think IA for G66 works at all. Every time I try to play IA it always spawns me in the same place as the AI recycler and then moans that a vehicle list isn't available.

yes, i added IA to it, but it wasn't finished, so i have worked on that a *lot* for the next update. the shell is good now and i added escort replacements for the crigs and scavs, plus pool defense like Natty was working on before he had to go, plus more gun tower choices for the ISDF (rail gun, blast, MAG, TCP Cannon) and more rocket tower choices because people were complaining that the GT's weren't shooting down bombers, etc.

Also, most of your maps keep coming up with a pathing error for your Tower AIP's. I think it's missing gtow1c.

Okay RD, thanks. I'll keep my eye out for anything else. Oh and a quick heads up, if you're letting the players use Furies; something's wrong with the stock statues, they struggle to fire at the furies when they are at a certain height. Might be worth looking at.

RD don't forget about the G66 'insane bug', where BZ2 will crash when using G66 anytime you select 'insane' diff. level. We had a short discussion on it in the Big List thread where we were able to easily duplicate the crash.

Running G66 (latest Nov 5, 2013 patch) on z15 -- I get the following crash ONLY when selecting INSANE difficulty hosting (easy, medium and hard work fine). It's easy to replicate as it happens every time I select insane the try to host (game launches and freezes within 2 seconds). I tried various maps:

yup, was able to duplicate it. it's running the older dll; local dll in newest G66 (not posted yet) doesn't do it; working on it right now, so i'm trying to get it posted soonish.

new one will replace crig and scav escorts, add pilot mode in IA, add pool defenders, adds more defense tower selections, and fix mega curtain, etc.
