Walker behaviour

I recently noticed that Attila walkers behave differently than other assault units. When my asstanks get attacked they automatically start defending themselves. Walkers dont, they most often - not always though - just sit there. Ive done a few IA and MPI matches in the last weeks and often sent out groups of walkers combined with asstanks and rocket tanks, most of the time commanded from relay bunker. I usually have the treaded units following the walkers. Even when I tell the walkers to "hold" they often refuse to attack, while other units would immediately start attacking whatever is closest. In many cases I have to order the walkers to attack every single target.

It's a common error with turrets and rocket tanks too.

Walker have a short radarrange of themselves, make them target stuff and the generally do pretty well, or simply push them into the enemies throat. Give them a large engagerange and they probably behave differently and somewhat unbalance the game ..

rangeScan = 200.0
periodScan = 5.0
velocJam = 0.0
engageRange = 150 <=== anything outside their engageRange is ignored, even if they are being mortared or whatever from afar.

try g66, where that is set to 250 on the AI side, and enjoy
