Could you post a screen shot? My 40" TV/Monitor can't run that high.

I'm maxed out at 1360x768. But would like to see how your layout changes look for you.

Download and converted to my screen-reso. But deleted the sounds ;)

Problems with it: The chatwindow's text is green only /Red Devil: Can you fix this? Also, how many players can be on the score list?

@GSH: 2 new bugs found.
Numbaa one: The stock-stat file is for a maximum of 8(?) players. In a 5v5 ST 2 players disappear.
Numbaa two, which is very very old but never really noticed: The Strat-teams-lists are too small, players get hidden or can't drop command in a 4-player team (or more).

Bump for cool new features

For 1080p displays who want larger radar:
LocalPrefs.ini

Code: Select all

Play_MapRadarHeight = 256
Play_MapRadarWidth = 256
Play_MapRadarXMult = 0.0
Play_MapRadarXDiff = 60.0
Play_MapRadarYMult = 1.0
Play_MapRadarYDiff = 35.0

Edit_MapRadarHeight = 256
Edit_MapRadarWidth = 256
Edit_MapRadarXMult = 1.0
Edit_MapRadarXDiff = 0.0
Edit_MapRadarYMult = 1.0
Edit_MapRadarYDiff = 5.0

// Same as above, but for the 3D cockpit radar. [applies to play &
// editor, actually] You may need to keep the aspect ratio constant
// here; if not 1.85:1, the XSI may need tweaking
Play_CockpitRadarHeight = 280
Play_CockpitRadarWidth = 520
Play_CockpitRadarXMult = 0.0
Play_CockpitRadarXDiff = 35.0
Play_CockpitRadarYMult = 1.0
Play_CockpitRadarYDiff = 15

Scrap Bar for distance viewing on 1080p screen (1200p should be fine too)

Based on RD's scrap bar

Maybe instead of "Say:" for the chat bar it could say "Team:" or "All:"?

Or the name of the person you are messaging, if you chose One. I agree that would be useful, but I doubt that is something RD can change.
