Here's an easy to use Installer for Ken's Bz1.5.1.17 (Use with Bz1.4 from the CD or any 1.4 installer)

I'm not sure patch development for 1.5 will ever be "done" as such, much like 1.3's isn't, but development has slowed enough that an installer does seem like a good idea.
@Apollo: I assume this simply automates the process of installing 1.5, no frills?
