Just noticed this topic in off-topic (again) when you go to 'board index/off topic'
If you go to 'board index/off topic/off topic' it isnt there. So the site seems to show all sub-forum topics when you click the tab for the general sub-forum.

Thats why I got things mixed up a bit :)

Yes it is free. It does require you to buy special features but i dont bother. Just try to get into an alliance to survive.

Send me a message if you do sign up on there though. I will try to have you invited into alliance.
