Lol, pull the other one. A few million daddy's bank account gives no advantage at all right?
Class is, almost uniformly, a fact of all human cultures. Being born to wealth in an industrialised Nation gives a massive advantage in both opportunities and physical well being. Recent research clearly shows that a child's development is very much affected by the quality of life of its grandmother in her youth. If she was malnourished/overweight then the development of her daughters eggs is effected while she grows in the womb. Wealth/health effects are passed down the generations. It has been obviously so for a very long time, it is this effect that makes some upper class/caste believe they are just naturally superior to other people. Its not breeding, it's inherited good health.

I myself would rather have neither.

Surely the state has a right to know where its property is...
More trouble than its worth, like Kids aren't smart enough to trick a system like rfid when they want to, you would need rfid and face recognition systems to constantly verify that the child is carrying a functioning rfid, and that it is actually their rfid. It will also get expensive as I am sure the chip failure rate would be unusually high. Apart from that I think its a fine plan! what better way to totally alienate a whole generation and encourage them to become technically competent in the art of deception. Won't be long till the dna sniffers are constantly monitoring us all anyway.

Well, it's kind of suspicious that somebody just HAPPENED to be carrying their rocket launcher that day. Then, I guess if I had a rocket launcher, I'd like to carry it around too.

If you have a comfy handle and can spew fiery death at 100 yards, then certainly!

As if he had anything else better to do?:
Sitting in the loo picking his nose would be a more constructive use of his time...Everyone knows what Israel wants to do. Anyone with 1/2 ounce of foresight can see that it will almost certainly be a complete disaster for the US (politically and economic) if they get militarily involved. Let Israel tremble in fear at the possible consequences of their own self centred fanaticism for a while longer. They have been shooting first and not bothering to ask any questions at all for too long.

Don't worry kids, your
new pink or blue tracking device will come in a nice black satchel with a little black notebook inside for you to write down your daily activities inside and outside of school.
Don't worry about the remnants of the "sex offender" label on the satchel by the way, we did our best to change it to "student" of [insert school name here]. We're on a tight budget, so...
Don't worry about taking it out/cutting it off though, we'll send you to detention and give you a fine for truancy. You know, Zero Tolerance Policy... call the cops and all that. We need to make money somehow.
Don't worry that we're already taking your rights away, so, it is
TOTALLY RAD for us to take more rights away. Don't worry that us politicians lied to get into office so lets groom you into falling for more of our lies on our reelection days. Don't worry that a person is already thought of as a serf, so, lets up the tyranny so we can call you a slave.
Don't worry.
That way you can all just give up like Brickstan and let the place you live in become a modern depressed slave state. We'll have fun participating in money scandals so we can use companies and stuff to stay in power and make our one party system untouchable by any other. Because it's best if we split up our one theocratic party system into two fake political parties to make it seem like you have a choice.
We're watching you, freak. This is a good thing, because spying and controlling you creates jobs. Don't you wanna improve your economy?
