They are already a Nation, they have their own parliament, but they don't have any control over the spending of taxation raised in Scotland. So they want a form of independence where nothing much really changes but they get to waste the cash that Westminster currently wastes for them. It really is Independence from Westminster not the UK.
Its exactly the sort of kick Westminster revolution the whole country needs.
