I swear we need to just rebuild the BZ1 community away from these nutters (Dx and Spock).
We need to amass everyone, get the word out, get the game voted on GoG, and then release a 1.5 patch installer. Considering how GoG lists games and their patches I bet we could even get 1.5 listed there because its made by a former employee and not some power hungry nutter like 99% of the 1.4 builds.

I will play BZ1 but he don't work.
I remenber i had install, play it, and delete it, months ago.
Today i will install it again, the installer work great, without compatibility mode or other tricks, does that mean BZ1 installer is 32 bit when BZ2 installer is 16?
So, i don't launch it and i apply the 1.4 patch, now i will launch the game and this appear:
"Sorry, there is not enough memory to continue. Please make sure that you have at least 50MB free on your hard drive and that virtual memory is not disabled."

Humm, i had seethis error last time i think, but i forget what was thefix...
So i come here and i see this post...

I don't have the options they talk about (I don't have "Compatibility Administrator" and i don't had use it last time.).
My game don't run, in win XP or 95 mode, with all compatibility boxes checked or not.

So have you idead for he run without extra programms, or you think i'm crazy?

As 1.5.2.19 is the current version, it may be wise to use that instead.

The previous posts say it's hard to install them...
EDIT: ok so i had install it, i loose my splash folder....
But the game run!
I can't join any games, i miss all maps/missions, everybody use unofficial maps or i loose all my maps (the 1.5 install descriptio nask to delete /addon and /splash)?
I have little freeze sometimes when i browse the menu, but i think it's normal.

If you want help with the bz1.org installer, ask there. I don't know of any regular visitor here who uses it.

bz1.org is shorthand for battlezone1.org, a forum owned by the same guy who manages battlezone1.com and battlezone1.net.
