Definitely. I can highly recommend you for that job!
With a bit of voice alteration and a slightly higher pitch, I bet you could pass for Braddock.

Payback's debriefing does.

Fine. You got me on that one. Unless... he faked his own death...?

He died at the hands of Braddock's annoyance. He was aboard the carrier that crashed after the Sabotaged dropship exploded in the Docking Bay.

Faking your own death doesn't work very well if they find a body.

Unless they didn't find the body and he bribed somebody to claim that they had

.
Like I said, we can twist the story any way we want!

Bound by the rules of good writing, hopefully. Bringing Kossieh back to life like that would not be good storytelling without some massive changes.

He was actually an AAN special agent impersonating the real Kossieh, whom Braddock had never met before.
He was conducting a rogue investigation of Braddock's activities, but discovered the truth too late. His carrier was 'blown out of the sky' and crashed on Rend.
ISDF officers loyal to Manson found him alive in the wreckage and he was able to bribe them into claiming that they had discovered his corpse. The story couldn't be verified because that section of the carrier was destroyed in an explosion only minutes after the agent and the Manson loyalists escaped. Braddock had no reason to believe that the officers were in fact lying, so he took their word for it.

Kossieh was an AAN ambassador sent to investigate Braddock's actions anyway. The whole thing feels a little contrived regardless, why do you want Kossieh back?

I don't really care if he comes back. I'm just making the point that we have the freedom to make up pretty much anything to fill the storyline gaps.
Perhaps Kossieh wasn't really sent by the AAN, but that was the story the secret agent fed to Braddock to explain his presence in the Core system.

And what's the link between me and this ambassador?

He was French.

His name is not!

It's not a real name. The first thing that comes up when you Google 'Kossieh' is Battlezone 2.
If you listen to his voiceovers in the game, he has a French accent.
BTW, the guy that voiced Manson was named 'Lance LeGault'. There's a French connection.
