This thread has certainly drifted off topic. Anyhow, if you don't like the current balance, you're free to make your own recycler variant that tunes things as you like.

Sorry about that. Your right I will look into it. I don't think anything I have suggested is game breaking. I have poked around mod making before and know how to do a bit of programming so this shouldn't be too hard.
