i'm thinking we'll be seeing more bankruptcies from video game companies like this in the near future.

Considering that they own 2000AD, they would have to be totally incompetent if they did not manage to make a few $$$'s from developing its titles. If your not familiar with 2000AD, all I can say is that this is a company with more pre-written FPS themes/stories than it will ever be able to produce.

judge dredd meets bz2?

Dredd does have an armed hover bike...But he's just the cover boy for 2000AD there where so many other stories too.
