Upgrading problem
I have a problem during game play where I can not upgrade anything, scavengers, scion buildings, ...nothing. The constructor says " can not comply" . I have a clean install with cd and it upgrades fine. When i then install 1.3.6.4 it no longer upgrades. Ive erased my entire computer reload...
