Very cool. I know this has probably already been discussed, but has anyone here been involved in the new BZCC coming to steam? Do we know if they started with Nathan's patches and went from there or did they keep the old code and just make it pretty? I would hope that they at the very least contact...

With the upcoming release of BZCC, you might find that mods are updated to work on that instead of the current 1.3 version. A jump in activity coming soon, maybe?

Correctly, maybe, but it won't be as designed. The better experience is with FE_For_PB3, beyond that it's a mess of iterative builds and I can't tell you which works with which patches without digging through the release thread.

The new version is built on 1.3's code. I would imagine that means that almost all of its changes are going to be included, and we can safely assume that most of its bugs will be fixed.

Development of 1.5 ceased back in 2015 to make way for Battlezone 98 Redux (essentially 1.5's successor, which Ken also contributed to). Ken never actually had access to The Red Odyssey's source code during 1.5's development, so certain TRO-specific features could never be included. TRO is available...

I have a set of rewritten scripts for Fleshstorm that have been floating around my assorted memory sticks and hard drives for nigh on seven years now. When I get around to iy would you be okay with me using your source code to implement them?

If that is the case then the game should really be checking for the destruction of the objective rather than anything the player does, or if absoultely necessary failing them for not getting their hands dirty. Softlock is really confusing for the player and needs to be eliminated wherever possible.

As a trailer, the things this lacks most are sound and pace.
