Re: Battlezone II :: Sunday Night Live
Sorry to say but most of the people I do encounter online I did not see on BZU, or only hardly ever. In fact, the dead of the site might actually invoke a sort of second wind for the game as fans may now be looking for an other place to read/write/ask/post about their favourite game, and what better...

Re: Your Favorite Scion Unit
Not if his enemy is Scavengers! Lol :) I voted scouts(drones) here. Not because they rule all, or even because they are better than their counterpart, as I think they are not in general. I just absolutelly love their disruptive power, 50scrap -blink all over the place- dot that can or take out scav...

Re: Your Favorite ISDF Unit
Which game stage are we talking about? The stage in between the start of the game and the loss of 1 recycler. 8-) I voted for tanks, nothing can outdo them when driven by a good commander/pilot. Scouts may be too agle to shoot with stabbers, but you wont even see me hit you when I have lazorzz or b...

Re: Welcome to the Battlezone 2 Discussion Forums
They are quite nice if you want to set something up but dont intend to play owner of it. (eg: At some previous employer 2 others and myself set up a forum for people working there to share and learn things important for the job, things that were lost all the time when people left. I no longer even h...

Thanks, and no rush.
Yep, basicly just a small stamp in the corner. If I have something on my desktop it will be somewhere ranging from upper-left/bottom-left - bottom-right, but I dont seem to use the upper-right part of my desktop .. ever.

Me likes
Could you make one with say a 128*128 logo in the upper-right corner(10-ish border) and the rest just background, size isnt that much a biggy after that, but if you dont mind, I use 1280*1024 (actually if you could make it squire at 1280 that might be even more usefull)?

Re: AI in Singleplayer
It is pretty doable. I play it on hard. Just scrap those turrets and you'll already have an easier time. (You use 40 scrap on light defences when it takes 50 to build heavy defences, when you are attacked by mostly heavy units.) Something you might want to try is take the forward (3th) pool using a ...

This actually had a flamewar towards the developer for naming it as it did, afaik.

AI War: Fleet Command
AI War, the game for the ultimate strategist
Not for the ones that want to roflstomp the AI. You'll be the underdog from the start to the end of a game that takes almost a full RL-day to complete, and no 2 games are ever the same.

Re: Topic for hosting games for pb6
I think an Off Topic forum would be nice here, as well. It would let people to have conversations that are aside from the game. In this community, I disagree. Apparently we cant handle such freedom as has been demonstrated several times now over the past decade. Plenty of places to talk nonsence, a...
