Yeah man, I've tried re-patching, re-installing Direct X and still nothing. Any ideas?

Tried it and the installer is telling me that no installation is necessary. Error is still occurring too.

I can't believe this is happening, especially as I've started to work on my mod a bit more frequently. I haven't changed anything inside my PC. The only thing that has been changed is the fact that I've recently installed some games from steam, BZ2 was working fine a few days ago and now I'm getting...
