All I've gotten from DH support is an email that they've got a large volume of requests in, so they're slipping past their targeted 24 hour support times. The long weekend (for those that are Civil Servants Masters) has probably added to the workload.

I noticed that the games list was a bit flaky the last 2 days, probably related. It seems to be back but the dummy game GSH normally has up is gone. I had to rejigger the Discord game list bot so it would properly understand the server's dummy game being gone.

When I checked early this morning, at around 3:00 A.M., I still could not access the site on WiFi.
Attempting to ping the site, through the router.
I'll be out of town today and tomorrow, so I doubt I will be able to test the site until Thursday or Friday.

My home box repros the problem just fine, work connection ... works. Until now, Dreamhost has been very responsive and stable. Not so much now. I'm going to wait and see how they recover from this.

I use dreamhost now for stuff like
http://battlezone.report and it's been pretty stable, but I'm on redfern. You're probably on a different server than I am.

Well, on the bright side at least they don't host your PoS system.
By PoS I mean Point of Sales so no one jumps to the incorrect conclusion.

Things are still down for many users. Including my connection from home <-> Dreamhost. Their tech support has been .. subpar .. during this period.

I'm curious what it takes to get results from them.
It must be pretty laid back considering it's been about a week now and the site is still down while performance is still fluctuating.
The site was real slow yesterday.

Hopefully they aren't as bad as one of our testers (2.5 years and counting) when it comes to replying to messages.

Maybe dreamhost should hire James Cameron to raise the bar on their abysmal support.
