We cannot claim to be much better AH, here we have licence regulations to control where such items can be sold, supermarkets are not permitted to sell them, and if a local authority decides not to issue a licence to any outlets in its area then they are just not on sale in that area. Anyone can of course buy them online but I expect they can do that in Alabama too.
