Plugs for Good Companies/Products

Making this thread so we can give a thumbs up/down for companies, products, and services we have used.

My first thumbs up goes to Duluth Trading Company. They sell well-designed and well-made first-rate work clothes and items with a "No Bull" guarantee. I'm going to order my second pair of Fire Hose cargo pants and second No Polo™ shirt right now, plus whatever else piques my interest.

Good stuff.

I like Costco stuff on a time-quality-price basis. Good enough savings, good quality, don't have to do endless hours of research on my own.

Eddie Bauer has a lifetime guarantee on its stuff. We sent in GSH's 1989 rain jacket and they sent us over $150 in store credit.

Jansport has fixed and sent back a couple backpacks with its lifetime guarantee.

Leatherman has also fixed and sent back a knife on its guarantee (not lifetime I believe). The only reason I have a new Leatherman is I misplaced my old one :(

Edited for grammar.

i shop Costco whenever i can, too. good stuff (mostly)

never knew about the guarantees on Jansport, Eddie Bauer, and Leatherman. Broke the tip off my pliers, so i'll see if they can fix it. 8-)

the walmart here is like everyone tries to ignore you, and darts down an empty aisle if they think you're going to ask them something...

Hey, at least you can find people. I'm pretty sure there are only three employees at my Wal Mart.

Kinda got hooked on clothing from Ermenegildo Zegna, slightly overpriced one might say, but they surelly do set a standard in formal clothing (and it helps that I have a fat discount in a local store :)).

ps: dont look at the prices on the site, it isnt really a brand that offers stuff in such way they atract a large crowd, they want to be 'exclusive'.

edit:
Now I know why your nick sounded so familiar but I couldnt place it :D

Can we make it quite clear now? what they taught you in school was wrong. Columbus was the LAST man to discover America. :)

For you smartphone users, check out Zagg.

Doesn't hurt they frequently have contests like this:

I'd had a couple of their protective 'shields' for my phone and it's by far the best screen protector I've ever used.
Of course, they have other products as well.
