So what do YOU do for a living?
In order to feed our BZ addictions (and our bandwidth fees,) we all have to pick up our own slack. Every man's got a field to plow. So, what do YOU do for a job or career?

I'm still in school but I do find work as a freelance writer and a part-time algebra tutor.

I mooch off my parents shamelessly until I finish my degree. I'm expecting if I ever have kids that they will do the same.

I am a Junior Developer at a pharmacy discount card business. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University back in June of this year.

I work in a tech repair shop.

Board warnings do not reset, but there is no automatic action taken. If your actions accrue warnings, perhaps you should rethink what you are doing.
Silence is banal.

Well, I don't get paid for any of the work I do.
I have a doctorate in applied linguistics but spend my day to day time as MrsGSH and mom to the lilGSHs.

I do artsy pretentious stuff, go to therapy and stay out of trouble with the authorities. I've yet to get employed, but I apply around wherever I can. College dropout...
Re: So what do YOU do for a living?
My jobtitle is: Technical Writer/Document controller.
In the end what I do is pretty much everything in/around the office to support my team and BUM, write about technical procedures, write technical instructions and the stuff needed to support that, create lists/tools to track data and make forecasts, and control whatever happens to any official document within my business unit.
Beyond that I support the project teams where needed and help GAP-Leaders when they need certain 'administrative'(more or less) tasks done.
I also argue a lot with the people that set up our inhouse standards, change them where interesting, write instructions about it and apply the changes.
And not to forget, when time allows, have fun with my BUM who is hilarious at times.

Hmm, that's strange. I thought you listed me as a foe. And what do you attend therapy for anyway?Zenophas wrote:I do artsy pretentious stuff, go to therapy and stay out of trouble with the authorities. I've yet to get employed, but I apply around wherever I can. College dropout...
