Battlezone / Battlezone 2 Model Files

Any chance anybody has or can direct me to a repository of the BZ/BZ2 model files in either *.max, *.mdl, *.obj, *.stl or some other common file format that can be imported into 3ds Max? I'm trying to 3D print of bunch of the units but the only one I could find saved across all my HDDs was the main BZ2 tank.
