Wasn't one of those promises a copy of the finished game? You don't have a finished game - you have an alpha.

EDIT:

Having looked down your Kickstarter pledges - and the estimated dates provided - I reckon you've delivered on less than half of these.

:)

were going to get this BETA done and release the Single Player for now, then add the Missions. Mulitplayer will still take a few months to get ready.

Wait, what kind of Single Player is there if you're going to add the Missions later?

May be partial to other RTS games, but to me, "Single Player" means a series of Storyline Missions.

So, this isn't the Bionite: Origins BETA, it's more the Bionite: Origins Single Player Gameplay ALPHA. Right? Unless, of course, you've made enough development to get past that stage.

Well, if you're going to do Early Access, then yeah.. that'd be fine.

If you're doing what is "supposedly" suppose to be a single player game out of beta and a full 1.0 release, then be prepared for massive negative reviews and backlashes and refunds.

I don't know what state the game is in, if any outside of probably the more correct Alpha term, as quite honestly, I still think this project is a little too ambitious for such short timeframes. I may have stopped caring about this whole thing, but that didn't mean I didn't read the rest of the topic still even when I did stop posting about it.

My opinion, you are way too much rushing this if you're trying to stretch for a November release, unless its matching my first sentence. In which case, then I wouldn't really care what happened.

Deus: you funny. XD

Im curious, did any one actually PLAY the game?

Most people here just post endless hate, so i tend to ignore it.

If anyone actually played the game, then please let me know what you thought.

Look at the single player game like the squadron 42 "map". Its a taste of what will come and people get to play the game against the computer. It will take about a month or so to start releasing the Missions. 99% of the work is making the single player game work with the AI.

I don't see any comments that require people to have played the game. I see comments that you're not putting out a beta, which is evident from what you've been saying. Betas are supposed to be feature complete - if there are major gameplay mechanics that you haven't added yet, then you're not really working on a beta.

One thing I've learned over time in this industry, and partly why crunch time happens:

"The last 10% of the project takes the other 90% of the time."

Looks like you think you're just about done. Think again.
