What other games can model makers make models for?

Some that come to mind are Command and Conquer series of the games. The Tom Clancy Rainbow 6 series. There's got to be quite a few others or is making custom 3D models somewhat of a IT all depends on the video game developer kind of things?

From what I can tell the Battlefront Engine uses a more modern .XSI / .MSH format, otherwise very similar to the BZ2 Engine in model construct.

All of the Quake/Unreal games are quite moddable. As are Bethesda's games (Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3/NewVegas), etc. Tribes was popular back in the day, and would (still) run on ancient computers and OSs like Feenix's.
