Can't 100% tell; I'm about 75% convinced it's a spammer. If I become more convinced it is spam, their post will go bye-bye. I did edit the post to make the URL less of a URL, so that it doesn't count in counting links.

Let me add my +1 to it being spam to raise your 75% certainty to 85%.
