v1.0.0.3 posted along with 1.3.7.0a130 Public alpha. This writes the ".bm2" files used for intra-character kerning supported in 1.3.7+. If the ".bm2" files are missing (e.g. the BZ2 fonts installed from CD), there is no extra kerning applied.
