can N1's magical attacher dll have a lung attached to a vehicle?

no, I mean a classLabel = "powerlung" object being attached to a classLabel = "wingman" / "sav"

Yea no it can't do that. I basically have to resort to making the attached object un-hittable. That said, if you really want one, there are options but they are few and far between and non can create what you describe.

Until I or someone else has found a way to tap something collideable to a unit, this can't be done. Once we reach that point it would become trivial as the DLL would be able to treat any attached object as a 'lung' and kill the weapons or entire systems of the ship it was attached to when it died.

I am interested in why you want this, but doubtful it will work at any point in the future. It certainly would not work now.

Also: The attacher dll code itself is just a beta test of an idea. It is far from complete.

It would be cool to have a vehicle with a lung, so it has a 'weak spot'.

then why not make a vehicle that dose nothing but explodes when it dies and give it less helth then the thing its taped to.

you could use a custom scrap class = flare mine that fires a ancer on to the parent ship making it slow down or stop.
