Version 1.5.1.4 (2012-04-03)

This is a relatively minor update to clear out a few things before I start on some potentially disruptive changes.

Testing Executable and Symbols


What's New:

* CockpitTimer will show hours where appropriate
- ...when counting up (e.g. using CTRL+SHIFT+"time" in MP)
- ...when counting down and the start time is an hour or more

* Limit ping time and loss percent to sensible values
- Ping time tops out at 9999
- Loss percent bottoms out at 0

* Improved SAV physics
- Rise and fall no longer depend on frame rate
- Death now works more like other craft

@first sentence: uh oh...

@rest: so is that why an unpiloted SAV would rocket into the air, but if you hacked yourself into one, it would much more slowly rise and fall? That sounded like garbage code initially.
