Point of View

Hi there everyone, I'm stuck in cockpit view. It happened while I was running the game from a bunker. Can anyone tell me how I get back to the normal default view?

It's happening in all subsequent games as well, can't seem to get out of it

cockpit view is the default view?
Shift F1 = Cockpit View
Shift F2 = Chase View
Shift F3 = Rotatable view
Shift F4 = Cockpit Model on/off.
