Here, I'll put this into English:

According to the GameSpy Status Twitter page, there is a "Wide Planned Maintenacne w/ Brief Interruptions of Service." This will happen Monday from 10PM-3AM PDT.

More info: http://status.poweredbygamespy.com/post ... erruptions

Maybe they'll get it back up?

Do you gues get this message ?

Your internet connection is behind a Symmetric NAT Router that will prevent you from hosting you are very unlikely to connect to all players in game

click learn more ''to find out how to resolve thi problem

you may prefer to find someone else to host instead

then you have 3 choices Continue ,Cancel ,Learn more

If i click ''continue'' my game apears in list since other have joined my lobby in game ranger and could see me in list ....as host that is....

have you guys sucessfully launched a game ? without having to resort to clicking the ''Learn more '' and opening the routers ports ?
or did you launche battlezone and click the'' lanonly ''first than host game in gameranger?
hard for me to test today since you need players that have game ranger and that are willling to install it

thow the last time when we got a few players ready to test ....i hit ''start'' button and they cant see my game all thow other players have hosted instead and it worked .
if i can figure this out i'll post on how you guys did it on my web page instead of hamachi
until they can figure out the fix for qr2

oh and yes Feldheld
we played a game last night true joining ip ....works ....and yes had to set up router ports just like in old 1.2 true 1.3 beta 5.1 did

Don't worry. It's not. In any way. I don't even know how you came up with that.

But anyway, like RD and I posted above, I would wait until this maintenance happens to see if 6.2 starts working again. I doubt it will, but you never know.

??

He said "You have to open ports just like BZ2 1.2 - 1.3PB5.1"

true = Through.

His english is not perfect.

I ignored that ports message GameRanger gave me. someone was able to join my game just fine...

you need a public IP from your internet host to make things simple and turn your fire wall off for this game
I have been hosting for the last three days and people can join

It looks like game ranger launches its own version of battle zone (No Modes)
I don't see this as a viable alternative for us
Plus there is no MPIs on their version

Huh? Gameranger doesn't use its own versions, and it has been used to host both gamemodes. You sure you haven't launched the editor through it?

For some reason I read it as:
"...and yes, we had to set up router ports just like old 1.2 and true 1.3 beta 5.1 players do."

Probably not enough sleep on my part, but you can see how my reply made sense if you misread it like I did.

I was up late working on a work around for this before I was sure I couldn't solve the issue that natnegged players (hosts?) would remain unlisted. That and getting a program to properly get permission to edit the hosts file, a thing viruses do, is harder than one would expect.
