He would indeed be a good candidate, I just think his efforts would be better spent elsewhere and thereby better benefit both himself and the community. I'm perfectly happy to let him go for it if he's completely set on the idea, though.

As to sending the files, Mediafire should work fine if they're too large to send by e-mail.

How many active BZ2 players (or indeed potential newcomers) are there who don't speak English?
You see the backward of my vision.
My vision is this game is still capable to attract new players, and for french speaking possible players i can maybe add some percent of new players.

But don't worry, i have the solution: i will do my own french version.
This will not to be a wiki or a forum i think, in sens he will not to be editable and i will just translate your articles (and do another organisation of them, i don't like your system, i prefer do a tree diagram).
i think he will be a button based tree, like that http://vassili.org/AQ/site.php (yes this example is not finished and he will never be).

I love editing Wiki pages, and I have helped a few on the BZ Wiki itself.

What else is there to be done? I can provide some new sections for units/weapons such as (Strategy Help) for players looking on how to use the object decently, although that may be limited to BZ1 (I am rusty on BZ2)...

If that was you editing the MAG page, please register; it's nice to know who people are :P

Object pages do need serious work, but my current focus is elsewhere and I can only do so much. Now and again I'll drop in on recent edits and re-format them a little. At the moment I'm researching all the old, dead websites and discovering plenty of useful material, so anybody who can help in any other way whatsoever is more than welcome on board.

http://fr.battlezone.wikia.com has been set up and you have been granted Administrator rights there. Interlanguage links are being set up, I'll let you know what they are and how to use them once they work.

You don't have bureaucrat rights (multiple bureaucrats on one wiki is generally considered a bad idea) so there may be some tasks you can't run. If you run into one, let me know and I'll see if I can do it. If the French interface is too much I'll probably just end up elevating you anyway.

Thanks for volunteering and good luck!

I edit under "Camhorto". I think that BZ1 pages, first off the weapons, could use some editing. Adding the crosshairs, weapon in action, and some other stuff is what I think is good on them.

After all, this is the Battlezone wiki.

If you don't want to run a translation any more I can quite easily shut it down again. All I lose is a half-hour. As I said, an incomplete translation is more damaging than no translation at all.
