If you people wish for BZ2 to stay alive, then you should have to take pride in having a community.
'Some' of you may want to change your attitude, and not act like an absolute retard, in order to retain this community.
Else, people will be leaving.
Some have already left, and many more will continue to leave if this goes on.
Is that what you want?

After my gaming experience this night, i seriously consider to do leave.
There was no way to reason. there was no way to connect.
There was nothing but the feeling of being surrounded by absolute goons
with which i did not want to play with.

Grant it, I do not include myself into the community anymore. I'm just merely here mainly to browse most of the time and see what patch Nathan has out. Otherwise, I exclude myself from just about everything regarding the BZ2 community. I consider it largely dead aside from the dedicated few in the strat community, but other people might disagree with me. I've been around BZ2 since about a year after its initial release and have been with SFP all the way up until it fully dissolved.

So, now.. if I do play BZ2, its usually by myself or with one friend or two, and that's about it... Mainly just play it for nostalgia or something.

And alas everyone else is looking at your first post and wondering which one of those goons you really are...

There's an old saying: "lay down with dogs, wake up with fleas."

Or, to update it to modern times, "hang out with a toxic community that tolerates hate, jerks and griefers, and wake up with some regrets."

KnowThyself, and any others tired of the jerks - feel free to hang out here. House rules here should reduce some of the toxic behavior.

Eventhough I give people the benefit of the doubt, that is exactly what I was thinking

Poisonous people are prevalent everywhere, trust me when I say no community is safe. The anonymous nature of the internet, unfortunately encourages it by minimizing direct consequences. With that being said, the Halo community is infinitely worse than Bz2, I was in a group of some of the most venomous tossers in a private group of Bungie.

Originally this user who posted the topic was under an ip and username ban. I removed the username ban and left an ip range ban. The ip used to post the message was from a widely known and used proxy address for malicious purposes. Poster, please don't use this unsafe proxy for posting.

Know Thyself is SlaY, phantom, etc, the creator of the Shin'Kluh race in ZE mod, IIRC.
