Wiki research time!

So, from what I can gather the BZ2 patch history pre-1.2 goes like this:
- 1.00
- 1.01b
- 1.10b8
- 1.10b13
- 1.2

Is that right or am I missing some/have some I shouldn't? Further, is there anywhere the changelogs (or ideally the patches themselves, obviously bar 1.2) can be obtained? It'd be nice to have a full history of BZ2 properly documented, as well as a working copy of each version so I can dig in a bit.

Changelog was a 1.3-ism I introduced. No official changelog exists for older versions. If people make up their own ex post facto changelog, please label it clearly as such.

I've got nearly every public & private BZ2 patch archived at home. Many gigabytes worth.
