Amazon or ebay are probably your best bet for now. There is no legally released downloadable site for Battlezone 1/2. And talk of piracy is very frowned on here.

You (and everyone else) should also go to Gog.com and vote for them to carry Battlezone 1/2. Gog.com has a number of other titles from Activision from the area, and Gog.com is scrupulous in obtaining legal redistribution rights. And removes any DRM too.

Very good searches might actually lead you to a new copy of the game, but you'll pay the jackpot for it.
Couple of years ago I bought a still sealed copy for ~€40-50,- and they had an other one in stock, there might be more 'somewhere'.
(Dont know which company it was anymore, and you'd probably pay a hefty shipping fee if you do find it.)

I'm afraid it is probably never going to be on Gog, most likelly cause they wont get a proper return of investment.
That said, to very freely translate a saying here; if you dont shoot, you also mis. (Nothing ventured, nothing gained.)

The only reason it won't get on gog is the complex licensing situation.
