Needing help with crash since 1.3

Hello all, I appreciate any help you can provide. I recently re-installed Bz2 and downloaded the amazing 1.3 patch. I am totally blown away but, am having an issue with the SP mission "Counterattack". As soon as I click launch to enter the mission, the game immediately crashes and shows an error message saying "Error Loading mission .BZN file Game terminated. I enclosed screen shots below, hope they help

I have re-installed the game 3 times now and am still having the same issue. Game plays fine other wise but I was hoping to replay the campaign!
Again, any help is both welcome and appreciated.
