How to install BZ2 CD on Windows 8?

Hello I am new, I did do a search for Windows 8, I didn't find anything, How do I install BZ2 on Windows 8, thank you so much for your help!

Did you see the sticky on this forum about installing? Those instructions are meant for any recent Windows.

I am sorry, I thought that was for windows 7, I didn't know the same steps for windows 8. forgive me.
