Nice. I'm not much of a mod-player but I'll make sure to try this one out!

He spent weeks testing with various testers (including I). The campaign might still be buggy - I never fully tested it like he had asked because I've been doing other things.

And considering that a huge part of this is done from scratch...

Almost all of it, in fact. Even some of the sounds; I'm doing post-process work on some of the voice overs.

And let's remember the further expansions planned, both by GBD/Avatar and others. The Ancients campaign, the RotBD campaign (at last!), the PASC expansion, and various other bits and pieces.

The Red Odyssey, I think you mean, RotBD, is from the N64, and even I don't have the ability to *reliably* play that. The N64 emulator version I have is ...shotty at best.

No, I mean RotBD. TRO wouldn't be that great an argument against RD as it works on modern PCs pretty well. Nielk has an N64 copy and I have the emulator working. If you skype call me sometime we can compare settings to try to figure out what I'm doing right that everybody else is doing wrong, as I have no idea.

My darn gameshark bricked or I would have more luck dumping data from the game. I managed to rip[ the textures from the mammoth tanks but its tons of tiny squares.

Am I on all of yours foe-list or something? Not everyone has BZ1 and there is no 'decent' way of 'purchasing' it if you live outside the US and even within the US I'd be rather sceptical about buying 2nd hand used disks from over 10 years ago.
So anyone without BZ1, but with BZ2, now has the ability to play an awesome game in an even more modern and upgraded engine that has even been patched to be more or less on par with current standards.

Also, what about all the extra's that GBD & Co put in it, like the ability to play IA maps from the shell and with options on how to start it. Not sure but you might now actually be able to tell your fact to build Grizzly's with dual SP and not have to do the annoying micro of dropping 10 SP's and then sending 5 or 10 Grizzly's there manually while checking that they actually scoop one up.

Loaded it, plays well. Looks great on high resolution. Thanks, Avatar, GBD.
